Homeless Period

I was homeless for two years in my mid-twenties. Out of curiosity, to find out what life was like being homeless for 6 months which turned into two years.  I became so involved in politics during that period, I had no time for work other than an occasional temporary job as I wanted to complete my political projects.
 
During this homeless period, I served as:

• President of the Young Democrats.

• Monroe County Port Authority.

• Monroe County Democratic Executive Committee member.

• Spearheaded & Chaired a County-Wide Issues Convention, supervising 21 task forces.

• Successfully managed a City Commission campaign.
