Eliminate our dependence on drugs from China

Invest in Puerto Rico infrastructure to increase pharmaceutical production. Puerto Rico produces 20% of pharmaceuticals that come into the 50 states.  It use to be 30% before tax breaks were removed.

Pharmaceutical companies should provide lower rates to the taxpayers who finance pharmaceutical research and development. The taxpayer should get a return on their investment in pharmaceutical research.
